This is kind of a work in progress, basically i wanted to try to and do some illustrations that combined players from different eras. This was the first idea i came up with, so wanted to test the water with it as a concept and see what people thought.

The premise for this one was that… you have an out-field player in Maradona, who is most famous for using his hand. Whilst in goal is Rene Higuita, most famous for saving shots via his Scorpion Kick.

So i thought putting the two together would be a nice contradiction to play with. Anyway let me know what you think and i might do some more like it if people think there is any mileage in it.
